#AdisJazzKitchen: Adi's Coconut Curry Wings

This is a great recipe that is very easy to make, courtesy of Adison Evans of Adi's Jazz Kitchen.  You should definitely try it out if you like food with a "KICK"!!!

BELOW ARE THE INGREDIENTS, SEE VIDEO FOR COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Coconut Curry Chicken Wings
Serves 4


For the the wings:
2.5 lb wings (cut into two and clipped)
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp Jamaican curry powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp ginger powder
Generous pinch salt and pepper

For the sauce:
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 clove garlic crushed and minced
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp Jamaican curry powder
1/2 tsp crushed red chili flakes
1 cup coconut milk
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
Juice of 1 lime plus 1 sliced for garnishing
Pinch of nutmeg
2 spring onions chopped for garnishing
Handful cilantro chopped for garnishing
