This morning I decided to turn on my TV and watch VEVO TV.  I was feeling like I needed to hear a little India Arie.   As the many videos played, I noticed something in her music video for Just Do You off her Songversation album.

I went to the Songversation concert at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, GA and I really enjoyed myself!  India is one of my favorite artists!!!!  Hopefully one day I'll be able to get her to join me on When We Speak (Since we are both in ATL!!! HIT ME UP INDIA! Please? Please? ).....


IN THE MEANTIME, BACK TO WHAT I WAS SAYING:
I was watching the video for Just Do You and I noticed that she shot most of the video in the same place that I shot one of my interview intros for When We Speak!!!!  I know that may not mean much to some people but it excited me....  Check out the video....Look particular at the blue pillars in the background.

Quan Howell (@QuanHowell) is BACK!!!

I am always excited to see the great things that previous guests on When We Speak are doing!  I am especially excited for my friend Quan Howell!!!  As many of you know, Quan was originally a member of The Sounds of Blackness and he led their very popular song Hold On (Change Is Coming).  In addition, if you are a true Tyler Perry fan, you remember him in the Tyler Perry play Madea's Family Reunion and most recently Quan, was a contestant on BET's Sunday Best.
